Healthy, Mindful & Relaxing: Tai chi is a traditional Chinese martial art that combines the elements of good posture, controlled, relaxed movements and focussed breathing to strengthen the body, improve general health and provide a sense of well-being.
Tai chi is a great way to improve your health and fitness, combat stress and make new friends. The sessions are designed to be fun, friendly and supportive.
Instructors David & Helena are professional tai chi and qigong teachers, members of the Tai Chi Union for GB, with many years of skill and experience.
Please contact Pendle Leisure for prices, memberships etc Up and Active and Carer's concessions. Advanced booking with the centre is required. Places in this group are allocated by the instructors in advance.
Please bring clean dry shoes. Plimsolls are best. Trainers with thick soles and deep grip will pull on the joints.
